Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

Include the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

Refund or Exchange

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping duration for Peri products can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, standard shipping within the USA may take 4-7 business days, while international shipping can take longer, ranging from 7-21 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Taxes and duties for international shipping vary depending on the destination country's regulations. When placing an international order, you may be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are separate from the product and shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.

At this time, we do not offer delivery protection for shipping orders. We are working on implementing this service, but we recommend contacting the shipping company directly to receive protection on your order.
